The ferry Kornati was built in 2014 in the Uljanik Shipyard in Pula. It is one of four identical ships built for Jadrolinija due to fleet renewal. The godmother of the new ferry is the Croatian skier Janica Kostelić. It currently sails on the route Zadar-Brbinj (Dugi otok) and Zadar-Preko (Ugljan).
