Statement on personal data protection

Jadrolinija Rijeka has requested your name and surname pursuant to Article 601 of the Maritime Code.

The personal data you entered voluntarily on our website is collected and used exclusively for internal purposes, and in accordance with this statement, and with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Electronic Communications Act, including but not limited to the Regulation on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (2016/679 of 27 April 2016).

Pursuant to the legal regulations, you are entitled to access information about your personal data, amendments or deletion of personal data if those data are incomplete, inaccurate, or not up to date, or if their processing is not aligned with the regulations. Furthermore, you have the right to restrict the processing of data, the right to transferability of data, the right to lodge a complaint to the data collector or the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data, if you feel that your rights guaranteed by the personal data protection regulations have been violated.

If you do not give, or if you withdraw this Statement, Jadrolinija Rijeka will delete your personal data from its collection of personal data, with the exception of those data that Jadrolinija Rijeka has requested pursuant to legal grounds.

Jadrolinija Rijeka will keep your data in the collection of personal data for a period of 11 years, and all requests pertaining to the correction, amendment or deletion of personal data, exercise of your rights in the processing of personal data, or notification of withdrawal of the granted consent may be sent in writing to the Data Protection Officer:a) by post at: Riva 16, 51000 Rijeka, addressed to: "Data Protection Officer"b) by e-mail to: zastita.podataka@jadrolinija.hr
