Notice for passengers traveling on lines with reservations

Ticket purchase and boarding on reserved lines

The service of buying a ticket on lines with a reservation implies that the purchased ticket for certain lines also means the reservation of a place for a vehicle on the ferry for the desired departure time. Tickets for lines with reservations can be purchased via the Jadrolinija website, the mJadrolinija mobile application and at points of sale.

For all ferry lines, regardless of reservations, when buying a travel ticket for a vehicle, you are required to present a traffic permit.

We remind you that passengers with a purchased reservation must arrive at the port 30 minutes before the ferry's departure in the winter, when heavy traffic is not expected. If you are transporting cargo, you need to arrive 40 minutes before the departure of the ferry. For the summer period, we advise to arrive at the port 60 minutes before the departure of the ferry.

Also, users of prepaid and postpaid cards on these lines are asked to buy tickets on time through one of Jadrolinija's sales channels.
